What: Grab your cowboy hat or western wear as Grand Forks Young Life will have TEXAS ROADHOUSE cater dinner & our UND & High/Middle School students will offer transformational stories followed by an inspirational message provided by Young Life master-story teller, Michael “Ash” Ashburn.
Why: An opportunity to be informed, inspired and make a gift to further the growing mission of Young Life transforming our young people.
Where: UND’s majestic Union Ballroom overlooking campus - free parking in the adjacent ramp.
When: Monday October 21, 2024 6-8pm. Seating begins at 5:30pm.
Who: 30+ Table Sponsors who will help fill 9 chairs and cohost with a Young Life leader placed at your table.

Micheal Ashburn -Storyteller, Evangelist, Performing Artist
Mike “Ash” Ashburn comes to us from Fishers, IN. He is currently the special assistant to the president of Young Life, and has been affiliated with that ministry since 1978. “Ash” travels throughout the world with Young Life and has performed in 49 states and over 52 countries. He is author of The Amazing Love Story, a book laying out the Gospel message taken from Ash’s messages at Young Life Camps.
During a four year “retirement” from Young Life 2008-2011, he was president and founder of Gospel Seed Ministries, Inc… a ministry of spreading the seeds of the Gospel through entertainment, humor, storytelling, and speaking. As part of his Gospel Seed Ministry “Ash” was a featured entertainer at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN.
He has also performed for/with Chuck Colson, Chuck Swindoll, Jim Dobson, Bruce Wilkinson, Larry Crabb, Joni-Erickson-Tada, Howard Hendricks, Tony Compolo, Jack Kemp, Tony Evans, Joe Stowell, Tom Landry, Os Guiness, John Stott, Bob Buford, Robert Wolgemuth, Wintley Phipps, Bebo Norman, Allen Levi, Michael W.
